Unfortunately, the enclosure I received did not match the lush, healthy appearance advertised. The plants arrived severely damaged, the moss was sparse, and the enclosure looked incomplete. The seller offered to show me how to trim the dead/damaged plants and refresh the moss. They also sent pre-shipping photos only after I complained, and those photos already showed damaged/stressed plants, indicating the condition existed before shipping.
I offered to return the enclosure for a refund, but the seller refused to cover return shipping, so I had to open an Etsy case. Etsy’s policy provides for return-shipping costs when an item is determined to be damaged or not as described. For a $170 enclosure, I’m extremely disappointed with both the condition of the product and how the return was handled.
Far, far, far exceeded my expectations. I had them build me a custom enclisure themed after my favorite video game. It came out absolutely gorgeous and went above and beyond what I asked them for. Thank you so much. This is the only business I will have building my enclosures from here on.

Shipping did take a bit longer but to be expected when creating something like this with live plants and them needing time to properly root. I will say it is totally worth the wait because it is absolutely beautiful pictures don’t do it justice . I love it and Highly recommended and I will definitely buy again real soon.
